Q: How long will I be there for?

A: A typical appointment is 30 minutes but please be aware we strive to give your pet the best care your pet needs and that can make your appointment last longer.

Q: When do you book surgeries?

A: Our usual surgery days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays

Q: Why does my pet need to be on a leash or in a carrier?
​
A: Safety. We have pets coming and going all day long and some are not other pet friendly. Also, we don't want a pet to run out an open door onto the street.

Q: Are you open weekends?
​
A: Not as of now. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm and closed between 12-1 for lunch
